Edit Your Vulnerability Treatments

Did you know that you can treat your vulnerabilities from the ARM's Locations tab and To-do list section? The Edit button helps you manage vulnerability treatments one by one according to your product strategy. Thanks to this feature, you can have control of the status of your vulnerabilities globally (Locations) as well as specifically on the ones already assigned to you (To-do list). At Fluid Attacks, we work to make our platform more and more complete and flexible to the needs of our clients.

Vulnerability Manager Role

At Fluid Attacks, we love to listen to our clients' suggestions in order to provide them with a constantly improving service on the ARM. Now we have a new role for the administration of the platform. This is the vulnerability manager role, ideal for technical leaders, and thanks to which you can generate reports, receive notifications, define, change and approve treatments, among other things. Remember that you can find out your role on the ARM by clicking on the user icon in the top menu on the right side of the screen. If you want to know more about the different roles, you can follow this link.

Cybersecurity Standards / ISO/IEC 27002

We are excited to announce the security standards we are applying at Fluid Attacks. Remember, our priority is to keep improving our security and services. The standard we are now implementing is the ISO/IEC 27002:2022, which is used as a reference for determining and implementing controls for information security risk treatment in an information security management system (ISMS) based on ISO/IEC 27001. It describes a suite of information security controls to mitigate unacceptable risks to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. You can find this and other standards we are applying at Fluid Attacks in the Compliance section of our Documentation.

Reattacks on Hold

At Fluid Attacks, we are delighted to announce that the new On_hold status for reattacks is now available. This status represents when reattack requests are put on hold. When the event that caused this status is solved, the reattack request is automatically reactivated without the need to repeat the request. This use of automation provides agility to the reattack process.

Remember that your opinion is very important to us. If you have any comments, you can leave them here or send us an email at help@fluidattacks.com. Don’t forget to subscribe to our News channel so that you don't miss any of the news we post every week.

Cybersecurity Standard / Agile Alliance

We are excited to announce the security standards we are applying at Fluid Attacks. Remember, our priority is to keep improving our security and services. This time we are showcasing the Agile Alliance standard. The Manifesto for Agile Software Development, on which it is based, uncovers better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. This work values individuals and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, and responding to change over following a plan. You can find this and other standards we are applying at Fluid Attacks in the Compliance section of our Documentation.

To-Do List Filters

Almost all of us handle massive amounts of information in our daily work. However, the ARM has several options that serve as a great help to filter data. One of them is the To-Do List filters, which can help each of your team members visualize those vulnerabilities that they are responsible for, according to specific attributes.

We are excited about improving the ARM for you. We invite you to subscribe to our News channel to stay updated on all the improvements and new features on the platform.

Analytics Sections

How nice it is when you can see information about your security vulnerabilities, their treatment and remediation in charts that give you valuable comparisons. These charts in the Analytics sections on the ARM are pretty varied and displayed along with numerical data you should always keep in mind.

Remember that you can find the Analytics sections for your organizations in general, as well as for your portfolios and groups in particular.
