Live Chat

If you have a question about any feature of the ARM or need help on how to use it, we recommend you to get in touch using the Live Chat option. Through this means, we provide you with fast and personalized support on minor issues for which it is not necessary to schedule a video call (in this case, the Talk to an expert option would apply).

To find the Live Chat option, go to the top-right corner of the ARM and click on the question mark icon. Select Live Chat from the drop-down menu. That's it! You will be ready to talk to someone on our staff who can support you in your work with our app.

Updated Vulnerability Names

Standardization is the concept that allows us to have traceability throughout our processes. Therefore, as fans of this idea, we decided to update the vulnerabilities' names to have a standard system.

Among the changes made, you will see:

  • Titles in English (other information remains in the preferred language).
  • The F at the beginning of the title disappeared.

We are creating new typologies all the time. If you want to know the details of the typologies created, you can visit

Vulnerabilities Over Time

Hello everyone,

Today, we bring you one more improvement from our ongoing evolution:

We have updated the Vulnerabilities over time chart not only in colors but also in categories.

You'll now be able to find the following three categories of vulnerabilities there:

  • Found
  • Closed
  • Accepted

From this modification, we achieve a simpler, clearer, and more comfortable for your eyes interface on your group's data.

All features are the product of a team effort. You can be part of it and contribute by leaving your comments here in this post or sending them to help@fluidattacks.com.

Consulting Notifications

Receiving large amounts of emails can be overwhelming for all of us, but receiving very few can make it difficult for us to keep up to date within our teams.

This is why you can now choose the type of emails you want to receive.

From now on, in the user menu -> configuration, you will be able to activate or deactivate the notifications generated by each comment made in the consulting section of each group.

All features are the product of a team effort. You can be part of it and contribute by leaving your comments here in this post or sending them to help@fluidattacks.com.

Talk to an Expert

Hello everybody,

On this occasion, we would like to inform you about a new feature in our Attack Resistance Management (ARM) that will improve communication.

We have a new form of contact called Talk to an expert, in which, via videoconference, you can request any information and help related to our services.

You can find this new option on the top menu of the ARM, within the drop-down menu of the question mark icon, and there with the headset icon. By clicking there, you can see the calendar availability and schedule a videoconference at your convenience to meet your information needs.

We hope this will be of enormous benefit to you!

About availability Issues 2021-07-06

What happened

  • Due to a recent feature implementation in our authentication engine, we refactored some variables that conflicted with the ARM cache, preventing access to some Groups for a while.

What we’ve done

  • We immediately invalidated the faulty cache and fully restored access to the ARM

What’s the impact

  • Accessing the ARM was not possible for a few minutes. Between 12:05 and 12:24.

What we are doing to help

  • We are currently ensuring any further changes to our authentication engine are done in a safer and more spread out manner

Always a New Vulnerability

Metrics, reports and vulnerabilities are a big deal for any development team. When an application is under continuous development, sometimes closed vulnerabilities come back to life, affecting some metrics in the groups.

Now, in our platform, a closed vulnerability remains "closed" forever. However, if for some reason that vulnerability is rediscovered, we report it as a new one. By the way, currently, the metrics are not affected by those rediscoveries.

New Dropdown Menu

Hello,

We want to inform you about a new change in the presentation of elements within our Attack Resistance Management (ARM).

This time, we created a small dropdown menu placed in the upper right corner of the ARM. There, as you can see in the image, you will find part of the user's information and the API and Log out buttons, previously located in the left side menu.

At Fluid Attacks, we recognize that proper arrangement of information can make your navigation through the ARM easy and enjoyable.

Enable Daily Digest

Hi there!

A few days ago, we announced a new daily email: Daily Digest.

Now a related improvement is here.

We're talking about a new 'Config' menu where you will find many more options later. For now, it will allow you to enable or disable the Daily Digest emails.

All features are the product of a team effort. You can be part of it and contribute by leaving your comments here in this post or sending them to help@fluidattacks.com.

New Findings Table

We are deeply committed to making our users' activities within the Attack Resistance Management (ARM) more comfortable at Fluid Attacks.

It was time to modify the table of findings, which had many fixed columns with important information.

In this new presentation, as you can see in the following image, we have a cleaner table where the user can observe the descriptions and various details about the findings within drop-down lists.

All features are the product of a team effort. You can be part of it and contribute by leaving your comments here in this post or sending them to help@fluidattacks.com.
